Share a dashboard with others
You can share a dashboard with other people in your agency, and determine the level of access each person can have on that dashboard.
-
Designer-level access: Grants the shared user the ability to view and filter the contents of your dashboard, and to make changes to a separate copy of the dashboard, to which only they have access. They can revert their copy of your dashboard to the latest shared copy by restoring their dashboard.
Information on restoring a changed, shared dashboard is available in Restore a dashboard.
-
Viewer-level access: Grants the shared user the ability to view and filter the contents of the dashboard information that you email them. You can configure these emails to be sent automatically on a recurring basis, and decide whether or not the users receiving the emails can manage the frequency and delivery of these emails.
Information on sending dashboard information through email is available in Email dashboard information.
When you share a dashboard, you create a link between your dashboard and the shared dashboard. This lets you can make changes to your dashboard and republish it so that the people you share it with can see the changes.
