List credentials
A credential is granted locally to a person within an agency or department, allowing that person to perform duties aligned with a certain level of task. Credentials relate to conditions of employment within your agency.
Example: A medical director credentialing an EMS provider, or a physician being credentialed to practice in a hospital.
You can build a list of the various credentials the agency's personnel hold, that are relevant to the agency.
Note:
|
You can build a list of menu options that correspond to the various credentials a person can hold. These options appear in the PM module, for the Credential field, in the EMS, Fire, and Other menu extensions.
Example: In the PM module, on the Certifications & Credentials tab, for the Credentials section, when you click Add, the Add Credential dialog box appears on the right. In it, when you click the Credential field, the Credential list appears over the dialog box, with right-pointing arrows beside each option. When you click the Fire option, the enabled menu options identified as type Fire in the Admin module display in the next overlay list that appears. |
