New Release: FH®Inspector 3.0 for iPad®
FHInspector 3.0 flows through the entire inspection process, from scheduling to on-site walkthrough to synchronization back to FH, making the app a natural part of the entire inspection process.
New features include:
- Enhanced iOS8 interface
- Full-screen maps or inspection list with mini-maps
- Faster, more responsive screens
- Improved synchronization, data management and in-app error reporting

Our team at FIREHOUSE Software is in the process of updating its Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Part of this update includes a new Tech Support Ticket Escalation process.
To escalate an existing support ticket to our management team, please fill out the Support Ticket Escalation form, or find it on the Support & Training or Contact Us website menus. Fill out the required fields and click Submit.
Your information is submitted to our FH Technical Support manager, who will investigate the situation and work to resolve the issue.

Description: Surprise is a mid-sized all hazard fire department with 8 fire stations, 126 employees and a new 5,000+ square foot Administration building which includes a training auditorium with capacity for 70 individuals. Surprise Fire delivers service over 10,000 times a year to over 100,000 residents in an 80+ square mile city.
